1. RoS Minimum lvl membership requirement is lvl 63.  Minimum level requirement for raid is 63.  Please visit our forums for details and exceptions.

2. Recommended number of clerics for PoP raid group is 10, required is 6.

3. First 72 people to sign up for the raid group goes. If there is additional space in the raid after all RoS members that signed up are in the raid, the raid will then be open to the public for anyone lvl 63+ to fill those spots left over.

4. Events will be on Saturday's at 11am Central time. 11am central to meet at designated area, buffing to begin at 11:30am Central. (There may be a standby list if 72 have signed up for the event, anyone signed up and not at designated area at 11am will have 15 minutes grace period to show up, if they don't show, they get replaced by either someone on the standby list or by general public.)

5. Loot distribution will be done by loot council.  The loot will be distributed according to RoS RAP (Raid Attendance Point) System.  Details of the RoS RAP can be found at the top of the main page entitled "RAP".  YOU MUST BE A MEMBER OF ROS TO HAVE DIBS ON LOOT.  Guests will only have a chance at loot if it goes to a rot random.  Members have first choice to spend points on loot via a major or minor loot decision.

6. Primary cleric healing line will consist of 5 clerics on a normal basis.  Depending on the difficulty of the encounter, this number of clerics on the CHline may be decreased or increased.

7. MT (main tank), ST (secondary tank), RT (rampage tank, where applicable) will be decided just prior to buffing if not predetermined on the Calendar or in the RoS Forum, "Schedule of Events". 

8.  There may be a time that arises that a specific item may be removed from the general loot pool and awarded to an individual for a specific purpose.  An example of this type of decision is the  Blade of War that drops from RZtW.  This is the only such item that comes to mind for this tpe of circumstance.  Given the nature of this item, MT's may be awarded this item before it can be bid on.  That decision will only take place by unanimous decision of RoS Council.  This type of decision is made solely to benefit RoS as a whole for the purpose of ensuring RoS's progression.
